Our team has become masters at staging downtown condos. When Tara and I started this company I remember dreading the condo staging portion of it. You have to manage the concierge, the elevator, loading docks, busy Seattle traffic, parking, carrying supplies from our cars and your timing. Now, we have a system so all of those details can be managed effortlessly. Condos have become a house favorite!

I want these photos on my blog forever. This is a lovingly restored old home in one of Seattle's coveted neighborhoods. The home owner wanted to take it with her to her new city and I get it. I would as well. The sun porches are to die for, the views are spectacular and the finishes are enviable.

Penthouse Staging.

When 4th of July rolled around all of us Stager Girls wanted to celebrate here and enjoy the fireworks over Lake Union on the massive open beautiful deck.  Look out the windows at Seattle!
