They have the designer gift of knowing exactly what a property needs to appeal to the most buyers and their style is excellent. Of the many times I have used them, I have never had my listing last longer than a first month staging fee. Now I have a hard time going into a home that has terrible staging, and it makes me appreciate having Open House on my team.
