I don’t even know what to say about this crazy cool nest. It is in the heart of the hippest part of Capitol Hill for sure. There are no bedrooms, just 3 niches for mattresses and maybe a touch of furniture. It’s spacious and interesting. Moving our furniture in and out was pretty funny. One of us would climb halfway up a ladder and someone would be at the top and someone would be at the bottom. We would hand pieces of furniture, art & accessories in a chain. It is top of our list of unusual staging jobs.
Part of our master plan is to make these condos dreamy, sexy and photo worthy. We love popping a bar cart where ever we can, adding over sized art if we want to and creating a work space that sings.
Our Team Diva client gives us free reign and that = creativity.
We loved this classic condo in the Betsy Ross on Capitol Hill. We chose to dress it up with a bit of glam here and there. Gold accents are hot right now so we played that up. Enjoy!
I want these photos on my blog forever. This is a lovingly restored old home in one of Seattle's coveted neighborhoods. The home owner wanted to take it with her to her new city and I get it. I would as well. The sun porches are to die for, the views are spectacular and the finishes are enviable.
I am already exhausted just posting some of last week's stagings. We have been in overdrive for sure. Sister Ex and I have been bombing around the city meeting agents and home owners for upcoming stagings while the Stager Girls continue to do what they do. You can see some of these homes in detail on our website under "Staged Homes for Sale"
And here is a bit of what we have accomplished:
