I love when a home has some real Seattle history. Built by a “Timber Baron”. This home is stunning! There is a back stairway that services all of the “servants” areas. I went over 30 minutes working without seeing any of my staging peeps. Yes, it’s that big. I am only showing you a small portion of it.

Builders and buyers are still loving the farmhouse vibe. Shiplap is still a thing and accent walls are holding strong. My favorite trend that remains is the covered outdoor space. The rainy days here thank you for continuing to create year round usable spaces. Here is a new build we staged.

Ballard Townhouse

We have staged penthouses, a tree house, floating homes, live/work spaces, gazillion dollar houses but our all time favorite are condos and townhouses. You have to pack a punch in a smaller space, make use of every corner, be creative with furniture placement and the reward is swift.
