Ballard Townhouse

We have staged penthouses, a tree house, floating homes, live/work spaces, gazillion dollar houses but our all time favorite are condos and townhouses. You have to pack a punch in a smaller space, make use of every corner, be creative with furniture placement and the reward is swift.

This townhouse is in a very cool location near the Seattle Locks. It’s listed by Michael Bill for Windermere Real Estate and Staged by the very talented gals from Open House Staging.

Gasworks Park Condo

Can’t beat this swanky condo overlooking Gasworks Park. Talk about front row seats to fireworks, kite flying, concerts and events.

Capitol Hill Cool Condo

I don’t even know what to say about this crazy cool nest. It is in the heart of the hippest part of Capitol Hill for sure. There are no bedrooms, just 3 niches for mattresses and maybe a touch of furniture. It’s spacious and interesting. Moving our furniture in and out was pretty funny. One of us would climb halfway up a ladder and someone would be at the top and someone would be at the bottom. We would hand pieces of furniture, art & accessories in a chain. It is top of our list of unusual staging jobs.

City Livin'

Just finished this gem of a townhouse in one of Seattle's uber hip neighborhoods: Fremont. This is the perfect Car2Go area as everything and I mean everything is in walking distance. Plus with the Lime bikes all over the area who needs a car?! The garage is just icing on the cake.

The listing is by Bentley Pugh for Keller Williams North Seattle. Photographs by Sean Henderson at 3DRE and the hipster staging was done by us Stager Girls at Open House.

Day in the Life of a Stager Girl

We seldom take the time to sit down and take in the beauty of the spaces we get to work in. A view of our beautiful city is one reason to chill for a moment. We may need to become friends with the new owners so that we can be invited to a fancy pants party in this fancy pants place.

Last minute detailing is always important and Jo is a pro in the detail area.

Ready to bring the final load to our cars. Another day at the Stager Girl "office".

Madison Park Condo

It's always fun to stage in Madison Park. We have staged in this building several times so what a surprise to see the newly remodeled shared spaces. Fresh and hip. Typical fashion for us is to race out of our staging on to another job. Instead we took time to take photos in the lobby of the building.

The framed art is the 1962 phonebook cover. Brilliant!

I love that the designer planned ahead for Christmas and purchased decorations inline with the design.

Now on to the sweet condo. We have had snow threats so the skies are dark.
