What a Beauty

When I walked into this house to give a staging bid, I saw a big happy family. So much space, so many rooms, big Thanksgiving gatherings, holiday parties…the works! It was a huge job for us Stager Gals.

Sexy Skyscraper

Staging a condo in a high rise always presents challenges. Ya gotta have the chops for jobs like this. The elevator is scheduled for a block of 3 hours and you have to make it happen in that amount of time. Sometimes we have to share the elevator which creates more challenges. The Concierge must be your friend! And the planning of the furniture, art and accessories has got to be spot on. I think we made it work on this one. Actually, I know we made it work! Isn’t the final result beautiful!?

Stunning Capitol Hill Home

This was a favorite of ours for sure. It is ONE. BIG. HOUSE. The home owner left a few pieces of furniture for us to use and we all wish we could load them up on our truck and use them again.

Stunning Washington Park

Who doesn’t like the beautiful Washington Park neighborhood with it’s dreamy city homes and spacious gardens? Always happy to stage here.

Our staging in the living room was driven by what we thought was Batchelder tile surround. We come across this design all over Seattle. Some tile surrounds painted over, but most have been left in the original state. This particular fireplace surround is beautiful.

Day in the Life of a Stager Girl

Even when we are crazy busy we still find time for fun. A huge luxury is sitting down for 5 minutes to decompress. Here is a snap shot of our staging days.

And today, we are waiting on the forgotten dining room table back at the warehouse…

And if the sun is out no matter the time of year we will find an excuse to be in it!

Belltown Living

This condo cannot stay on the market very long, that’s for certain. We loved the large spaces, great parking (no lie), huge views and hip building. Our client wanted it to feel bright, colorful and swank which I think we delivered.
