Mid Century Cool Vibes

Very cool, right? This home is listed by THE Rockstar Team: Dawn Bourdo & Corey Hays for Compass. And that there staging is by us gals at Open House Staging.

Large & In Charge

This was such an enormous job. So many rooms to stage, style, steam and sell! We had all hands on deck for this beauty. Personally, I love this neighborhood. The neighborhood pool is right across the street. For sure it’s Mayberry.

This fabulous home is listed by Rayme Teders for Windermere Real Estate and the staging is by us at Open House Staging.

A Timber Baron?

I love when a home has some real Seattle history. Built by a “Timber Baron”. This home is stunning! There is a back stairway that services all of the “servants” areas. I went over 30 minutes working without seeing any of my staging peeps. Yes, it’s that big. I am only showing you a small portion of it.

This beauty is listed by Benjamin Chotzen for Compass and the staging is by the ladies at Open House Staging.

New Construction & Bad Ass Staging

Built by Greg & Julie Boehm, listed by Evan Wyman & Hutton Moye for Compass and staged by Open House LLC.

Out of Fire comes Beauty

Remodeled from the ground up this sweet home has much of its original charm still intact. A fireplace on the front porch? Um…yes please.

Listing by Michael McacDonald for Windermere Real Estate and staging by Open House LLC

Already Sold

Everything is zooming by. We stage a house week 1 and remove staging week 2. Loving the robust market but it’s tough to keep up with the crazy. Our June is booking up quickly. From our little slice of the world we do not see any slowing down.

We love our job. It has the appearance of fun, glamour, and home fashion but a peak behind the scenes is an entirely different experience. We are just grateful we now do not have to work in our big freezing warehouse as we ready the truck for all of the furniture, art and accessories that each home needs.

Enough about us…let’s visit another staged home that received multiple offers.

This beauty is listed by Kim Wesselman from Windermere and the glamorous staging is by us gals at Open House Staging.

What a Beauty

When I walked into this house to give a staging bid, I saw a big happy family. So much space, so many rooms, big Thanksgiving gatherings, holiday parties…the works! It was a huge job for us Stager Gals.

This friendly neighborhood home is listed by Amy Sajer for Windermere and the steller staging is by the Open House ladies.

Beautiful Home with Beautiful Staging

A quiet street and lovely views…what more could a family want?

This is listing by Kris Murphy & Elaine Shankland for Keller Williams and bold staging was put together by the gals at Open House Staging.

the little market

We wanted to introduce a shop we have been excited about. It’s called “the little market”.

Co-founders Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla.

The Little Market is a nonprofit fair trade shop featuring ethically sourced, artisan-made products. Started by co-founders, Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla. Behind each of our products is a person who created it — and a story. We seek to empower artisans around the world by extending their products’ distribution and supporting sustainable income opportunities. We are committed to upholding the dignity of artisans, celebrating their cultural techniques and traditions, and bringing attention to social justice and human rights issues faced by their communities.

Shall we explore a bit?
