Day in the Life of a Stager Girl-Shout Out

Not sure what we would do without our “Boys”. These amazing Movers of ours lift the heavy stuff (sometimes more than once since we may originally see something in one room but it works better in another). They are essential in our staging life because they know to ask the questions that will make our day a success. They know so well how we Stager Girls work and we appreciate that. We are all programmed to work as a team and make certain the truck gets loaded with everything we need to create a successful staging. It’s an art form in our world.

Pictured here: Marc (drummer & guitarist) and Marco (basketball player & fan). Not Pictured is: Donnie ( bar security & story teller). No job is too tough for them. From small condos to large waterfront homes - they are always there for us.

Matt manages our warehouse, runs around town fetching our newly purchased goods as well as unloading sold homes, being a 4th mover when we need it, and so much more... He spends a ton of time in the van and we appreciate that it is him and not us.

Day in the Life of a Stager Girl

HAPPY FRI FRI

Maybe it is because we are like a band of Sisters hanging out with each other daily. But it’s true that we all showed up for work in a camo kind-of-vibe and just had to take a team photo.

Lakeridge Staging

When a home owner does not want to paint all the rooms in the home in neutral colors, I think Team Diva Real Estate knows that we can still work with any color they throw our way and make it look fabulous. Home owners can get fatigued when it comes to prepping their home for the market. That’s understandable. We get it and will always be up to staging with a any paint color.

REDFIN asked and we answered!

REDFIN tracked us Stager Girls down for our secret sauce. Here is what Open House said in response to their quarry.

White, light and bright is the goal

“White, light and bright is our goal. We stick to neutrals, wonderful textures and small pops of color. Buyers want help figuring out spaces so we show how a room can be laid out or even reinvented. Perhaps a space off a kitchen was an eating area but now we create a small family room or sitting room. We make certain we create a clean, fresh look for every space.” –

Columbia City Chic

This is a small home with a big personality that asserts itself in the wonderful garden, the outdoor spaces and the generous front porch. Love the petite office tucked away off the master bedroom. This is when we get to be creative…

Statement Art

Recently I was shopping for art on Etsy. I love that they offer large affordable make-a-statement kind of pieces. I think we are all getting more savvy with online ordering by reading the fine print. It's key to know that some of the pieces are framed, some are stretched on wooden stretcher bars or may come unframed.  The 3rd picture down I saw a similar one on One King's Lane for over $1000.00. Etsy is definetly affordable.
