With a booked schedule, we had to find a creative way to stage. With the help of our movers, these Stager Girls, had to move the staging from a house that went pending to the house across the street. Piece by piece, pillow by pillow. The object was to make it not seem like we moved it so we switched up the art and made some furniture changes. It worked!

Today is Friday and Sister Ex & I are enforcing a 1/2 day. 1 staging demerit to any Stager Girl who works beyond noon. That is a huge challenge because we get so close to finishing a job and we cannot leave it. We were all spinning on the rat wheel this week. Overworked and exhausted...
We all just loved this home. The Great Room layout is incredibly desirable and speaks to how most of us live these days. A fun project to stage as well.
Been working like crazy Stager Girls in this wild real estate market. Here is a look at what we did last week:
Our properties varied this week in style and location. Our client's had us all over the city staging away and a certain someone, who shall remain nameless, pushed us to work a longer day in order to cut a day off of one of the jobs. Dang that Stager Girl! We have 2 more properties that I didn't even include. We are all ready for the weekend!
Who doesn't want an over-the-top outdoor space?! Sister Ex has an incredible vision when she is out shopping for us Stager Girls. I place my order in the morning and the next day we install an enviable rooftop room. All sitting at the warehouse in the morning ready for installation. I wish I could perform that kind of magic. Truly I do. Someday we will do a "Give-away" titled "A day shopping with Sister Extraordinaire". She is a machine with know how and a vision.
I am already exhausted just posting some of last week's stagings. We have been in overdrive for sure. Sister Ex and I have been bombing around the city meeting agents and home owners for upcoming stagings while the Stager Girls continue to do what they do. We absolutely loved staging this home. It turned out just how we planned. I have to say, it helps when you have fabulous pieces in the warehouse to choose from. We have a couple of rock star buyers for sure.
