Staging-Montlake Neighborhood

The shelves are so budget looking and they kind of go away with the staging. Sister Ex selected some of the interior paint colors so we warmed to this place immediately.

The job had a ton of snags. Kitchen hardwoods being refinished complete with noise and dust, appliances were in the dining portion of the home, and the key was always MIA. Forget about trying to squeeze furniture in the basement. It's crazy when people overlook the door size when remodeling.

The basement had some fun little areas we chose to play up.
