The Sanctuary Staging

Pulled off another mind blowing project which took a different kind of creative thinking. Sometimes we have to define the look before we start packing bins and pulling furniture. We called it "organic-modern" and for some reason we all understood that look and went about our usual duties (and unusual duties like this Middle Sister purchasing furniture). Sister Ex was all over the city procuring just the right pieces to fill in where it was needed while Jodie and I stayed grounded in The Sanctuary.

It is a stunning church turned into townhouses.

The outdoor area is just above that open door. You can see the umbrella poking up. It is a lovely large private area with big open views.
The beauty of the church is everywhere. This is a view from the living room.

Check out that backdrop. Very little art is needed with the windows and the columns.

The master was so serene and beautiful.

The lower bedroom felt more like a cocoon with a utilitarian look.

We needed to create a family room and it evolved into what we referred to as the man cave. Largeness, leather, animal skins and metal = manly.

Listing by the stunningly beautiful and super chill agent Carrie Debuys from Realogics/Sotheby's and staged by Open House LLC.
